HORMEL REV WRAP REVIEW

I recently was given the opportunity to review HORMEL®REV® wraps courtesy of BzzAgent. I was very excited about this BzzCampaign because who doesn’t like a snack that’s fast, easy, tastes good and is good for you?

When choosing a snack for my teenagers it is important to me that they like what they’re eating. Hormel has several different varieties:

• Pepperoni Pizza: pepperoni, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a soft white wrap.
• Italian: pepperoni, genoa salami and mozzarella cheese in an Italian herb wrap.
• Spicy Italian: spicy salami and mozzarella cheese in an Italian herb wrap.
• Meat Lovers Pizza: pepperoni, spicy salami, genoa salami, sopressata and mozzarella cheese in a soft white wrap.
• Italian Ham & Mozzarella: smoked ham and mozzarella cheese in an Italian herb wrap.
• Ham & Cheese: ham and Cheddar cheese in a soft white wrap.
• Pepper Jack & Ham: ham and pepper jack cheese in a soft white wrap.
• Peppered Turkey & Mozzarella: peppered turkey and Pepper Jack cheese in an Italian herb wrap.

We did have trouble finding all of the varieties in our local stores. Luckily my 3 teens like the varieties they had. We tried Pepperoni Pizza, Ham & Cheese, and Italian.

The first kind we tried was the Ham & Cheese and it was not a huge hit. We tried it both cold and warmed. The ham was hard and the cheese tasted hard and fake. Not good. Maybe we purchased an outdated pack?

The second and third kinds we tried (Pepperoni Pizza & Italian) scored home-runs! Both the Pepperoni Pizza and the Italian were delicious! The wraps are just firm enough and there is a generous amount of meat and cheese. We like them better warmed then cold but they are worth eating both ways. My children will definitely be snacking on HORMEL^® REV^® wraps on a regular basis.

Almond Breeze: Great for Diabetics!

My husband really enjoys milk but since he was diagnosed with insulin dependent diabetes several years ago, he has been unable to drink it. For those that didn't know, milk has a lot of sugar in it.

Different Strokes.....

I am screaming inside. A walking nightmare of reality poised to become my own undoing.

The past two months have been a very trying time for me.

We moved from a four bedroom, three story home to a one floor two bedroom home. Although an absolute blessing, it has been extremely stressful!

My 74 yr. old boss, who has been like a father to me, and my best friend for the past 11 years, had multiple strokes.

My estranged father had two heart attacks and his home burnt down.

Last week, I got to see my 90 year old grandmother for the first time in 17 years because my family would not tell me where she was. She is now very frail, in a nursing home, and blind.


Reality or the latest Hollywood screenplay? No, this is reality. My reality. My life.
I could write a book.

On top of all this, the holidays, I didn't have money to buy my three children and husband not one gift. I am losing hours at work because of depression. I am a walking zombie because I can not sleep.  My weight has increased 20 pounds in 2 1/2 months.

3 Months and Counting................

In the past 3 months, we have had to move, my best friend died, someone rear-ended me, took off and totaled my car, and that’s just the beginning. I feel like I am just going through the motions. I feel like I am in a nightmare that I cannot wake up from.

Pain, grief, fear, anger, resentment.
